THE FOUNDATION SERIES

- 6 INTIMACY COACHING SESSIONS TAILORED TO YOU.

  • FORMAT: Set of 6- 1.5 hour video call sessions

    COACHING INVESTMENT: 1800€

    MENTORSHIP INVESTMENT: 3000€ with ongoing support between sessions.

    This offers you the opportunity to go much deeper and work towards the intentions set in our first session together.

    We will begin the foundations of this work with boundaries & consent, deepening of embodiment and expansion of what intimacy can feel and look like in your body. We will also explore specific tools to support you with your Intentions for this work & what it is you desire to cultivate more of.

    You will receive homework tailored to your intentions.

    You will have 1x1 support for 1 hour each day via a messaging provider of your choice. (Whatsapp, Voxxer, Telegram via the Mentorship option)

  • FORMAT: 4 x - 3 hour in person sessions/ In West Cork

    INVESTMENT: 1600 Euro

    This offers you the opportunity to go much deeper and work towards the intentions set in our first session together.

    We will begin the foundations of this work with boundaries & consent, deepening of embodiment and expansion of what intimacy can feel and look like to you. We will also explore specific tools to support you with your specific desires you desire to cultivate.

    You will receive home practices tailored to your intentions.
